Mostly 3d printed pump that prioritizes durability and serviceability using TPU vanes and PLA+ housing. In real world use the pump lasted over 15 minutes at 2000 rpm in brackish water and would have run longer. Alterations to the housings and various input/output adapters are encouraged. I was tired of hooking up my pool vacuum to the skimmer and introducing tons of particulate to the pool pump so I made this as an alternate pump but mostly to have fun testing printed parts. I was especially interested in the print in place bearings as well as wear on the tpu. I used the vanes and housing geometry from this project since I didn't want to jump into how all that is calculated.https://makerworld.com/en/models/381291-drill-pump-self-priming?from=search#profileId-463694 Bearings can be found here.https://makerworld.com/en/models/1083205-bearing-generator-parametric-ball-bearings#profileId-1075481 Non-3d Printed PartsM3x5x5 Threaded InsertsM3x8mm Screws
