Monitor Mount Widget

We have some computer monitor mount arms which require this little widget to securely fasten the monitor to the mount. They are easy to lose. The company wants us to buy the entire mount bracket ($70) when all we need are these little gadgets. So, putting this here in case anybody else needs this.
