Monitor Riser

My sister asked me to make a stand for her monitor so her tablet could sit under her screen when docked. The top is made from a Dakota 7-¾" shelf from Menards (thickness is 5/8"). The back is individual louvered slats that are slid in from the bottom. They could be left out if you don't mind an open back, she didn't want to accidently push her tablet off the desk.
