Mounted Cable Spool

This redesign splits the part into two pieces that screw together, and fills in the bottom of one end, except for a screw hole so that it can be mounted to the bottom of my desk.
The logic behind splitting it was so that
A) you can print without supports,
B) when the cables need to be removed, you can just unscrew the halves, rather than unwinding the cable,
&
C) makes mounting easier.
