Sends CW | CCW | SELECT message.
Sends battery status.

- externat wifi antenne
- KY-040 rotary encoder (needs 2×100nF and 2×100k)
- li-ion 18650
- BMS 1S protection with DW01A
- LED + 100R resistor
- voltage divider 2×100k + 100nF
