I have design another shower holder that fits the following requirements:
- shower stick with diameter of 25mm
- shower neck with variable diameter from 22mm to 20mm in a upside down conic shape

Use M6 nut and screw (50mm length) and you can print the flat knob from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:624136 (mowi), at least this is what I did.
