This is a 3D replica of the NVIDIA 9.5-inch Long Offset GPU Extender, which is quite rare and hard to find. It’s designed to prevent your expensive GPU from sagging in compatible workstations — I have personally tested it on the Lenovo ThinkStation P520 and P920 models. It is compatible with NVIDIA RTX A4000 (and potentially other 9.5-inch single-slot GPUs).
