OLED Display Modification for Divetech Nitrox Analyzer

I really like the simple and compact case Nitrox Analyzer design by Tony Land. However, it wouldn't work with any OLED displays currently sold on Amazon. The OLED display glass is large than the cutout. It required a lot of modifications to the case, and after cracking the first display I tried to assemble, I decided just to modify the opening.

In addition, I modified Eunjae Im's code to allow for building with the latest Arduino IDE and Adafruit ASD1306 & ADS1X15 libraries. It should be a lot easier to compile out of the box.
