This answer is not perfect. Firstly, there were issues with the thread hole modeling in the original file. I have made some modifications, but I'm not sure if these modifications align with the original design concept of the designer. Another planar drawing that can be used for processing still requires the determination of many parameters, such as material, surface treatment process, size tolerance, etc. All of these need to be communicated and confirmed with the designer. The files I provided can ensure that the processing factory can obtain the product dimensions normally, but the above problems still need to be resolved.
