---Last updated 07 Feb 2016--- As shown in the images, this optimized model has very simple design and exclusively uniform stress distribution into its whole volume. The model was FEA analyzed in three kinds of software - NX NASTRAN V7.0, Solidworks Simulation module and Solidthinking Inspire, and all of them confirmed that the minimum FOS is over 1.02 for all the load cases. Fine mesh with maximum element size of 1 mm was used for all the analyses. Results: *The mass is 0.582 lbm (0.263 kg) which is 69.38 % less; *Minimum FOS: 1.02; *The minimum angle of all the inclined areas is 45 degrees from the horizontal; *The whole volume of the optimized model is entirely inside the envelope; *All wall thicknesses are over 0.045 inches; *Simple contour which guarantee easily removing of the supporting structure using wire EDM;
