Optimized Toothpaste squeezer

I used multiple versions of toothpaste squeezers and I have found that there are aspects that I like about each one. I enjoy a highly optimized squeeze because I don't like waste. I like the simplicity of the split shaft, and I like the petal key for holding the position you want. UPDATE-IMPORTANT: If you are printing on a modern printer, then print toot_2tighter_1_0mm. The original toot_2 file was optimized for a printer with slight elephants foot.  Let me know what you think. Thanks! Supports needed like the Cura image attached / like the 3mf example slice.
