Parallel line ruler

# Summary

This is a ruler meant for drawing Parallel lines, useful to estimate Linear Correlation coefficient

## Instructions

1. Print two rulers and two links
2. Place both rulers facing inwards
3. Place links on nubs
4. Hold down one ruler and move second one to desired position

### Known Issues

* Measurement markers may be too small to print effectively on FDM printer
* Only accurate enough for rough estimates
