Parameterized Multiconnect Multimeter holder

Ths is a parameterized multimeter holder for Multiconnet (MultiBoard/opengrid) mounts. The number of probe holders can be configured (or disabled), and the dimensions are all adjustable. The holder itself has separate dimensions for the bottom and top, allowing for a good fit for various shaped multimeters. Models are provided for the Brymen BM867S and Zoyi ZT-703S., but it should be adjustable to fit virtually any meter.
