Parametric 1830 Insert

- I split the money from the shares for those that use poker chips.
- I reduced the total dimensions of the inserts to 283 X 220 X 60, reducing the long dimension of the boxes (was 225mm) to 220mm. This should fit the Asmodee reprint box size (but I can't check.)

This insert is designed as a play tray and has lids for vertical storage.
