Parametric bobbin case

I added some chamfers and a "play" parameter to account for the extruded filament thickness. This solves the lid not closing. Also, the bolt holes are better suited for 3D printing and I added modifier geometry that can be imported into your slicer to give the hinges some sturdier infill.
