A parametric cable wheel in OpenScad. You can tweak different parameters:
1. wheel_size is the diameter of the whell
2. wheel_height
3. cable_size is the size of the hole to fit the cable. This is the diameter of the cable
4. hole_size is the diameter of the hole in the middle
To increase the structural strength you might consider printing with 40% or more infill.
