Parametric propeller with hub attack angle

I updated https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:116974 to add an attack angle at the hub. Zero attack is neutral, positive advances upward, negative advances backwards.

I also commented the parameters in the .scad file so they are more intuitive in the customizers.
