Park Tool Truing Stand Replacement Knobs

I picked up a Park Tool truing stand and it was missing a couple of the plastic knobs. The larger knob is for the right side that opens and closes the wheel fork, it may require an additional 1/2" nut which I had in my parts bin. The smaller knob is for opening and closing the caliper arms, I warmed up the metal bolt part with a lighter and pressed the knob onto the end of the knurled steel shaft.
