Patchwork Insert (for upgraded buttons)

I changed the coin holder to accommodate the BGG store [buttons upgrade](https://boardgamegeekstore.com/products/patchwork-button-upgrade). Also converted the large insert into a simple two piece frame to save on material and fit it onto my print bed.
