Patrol Cap Insert

After serving two years in the USAF Honor Guard, I saw an opportunity to create a more effective solution for blocking a patrol cap. Existing commercial options are both costly and imperfect based on firsthand experience. Hand-crafted blocked caps made within the USAF Honor Guard community are excellent in skill but are typically built on the assumption that the crown is flat, which causes the front part of it to bend downward and create wrinkles on the sides. These caps also cannot be washed.
