To avoid replacing the entire lamp in our kitchen, I designed a compact pendant lamp diffuser that fits over E27 bulb holders with a small clearance to accommodate different adapters. Without a diffuser, the light was too harsh, and this insert helps soften and spread the light more evenly while keeping the original lamp unchanged.The mounting hole is slightly oversized, which allows compatibility with various E27 adapters, including IKEA E27 pendant lamp cords. The overall dimensions of the diffuser are 155 × 155 × 143 mm, and the opening for the lamp holder has a diameter of 51.5 mm.This diffuser is intended as a functional lighting upgrade rather than a full lamp replacement and is suitable for indoor use in spaces such as kitchens or dining areas.
