This is the Perfect Grade Master Sword, designed by KEYANG.
To celebrate the release of Tears of the Kingdom, I wanted to revisit and revamp an old project of mine and share it with you guys!
Not only have I created the most accurate version of the BOTW Rusted Master Sword, I also wanted to challenge myself to paint it exactly as shown in the game art. I've included a graphic to help with matching the paint colors, as well as an exploded view to show how the sword is assembled.
For assembly, please use a flat 3/4" x 1/8" aluminum bar cut down to 33.125" or 84.3cm in length. These are relatively inexpensive and can be found at your local hardware stores. I assembled the parts with epoxy resin and finished it using: Bondo, sandpaper, primer, and acrylic paint.
