PFLTouch ABL Sensor

Designed for CR-10 V3 (V2 will most likely also fit).

used:

2x M3x12 screw for mounting to hotend
2x M3x12 screw to fix base to mount
2x M3 nut
1x SG90 micro servo (cheap from aliexpress, 70 ct each)
1x TCST2103 optical endstop (cheap from aliexpress, didn't bother soldering myself)
1x 3x0,5 mm brass tube (ca. 30mm long)
1x 2mm steel (ca. 30mm long) inside the brass tube
(could also use 3mm steel, 3mm carbon fiber rod, 3mm aluminium rod, ...)

Probe Offset: X 48, Y 0
Servo angles: L140 U90
