This is a very rought pine tree for scatter terrain or whatever use you find for it, i modded from thing 4026893 to make a more realistic tree for the tabletop, it does not requiere sopports, it has the log separated (taken from thing 2853566), play with the height of the tree to make it thinner, and taller, you can get a nice variation from this file.
