Pinecil v2 case for Pine threaded insert tips set

This Pinecil v2 case stores the Pinecil, the cable, the mini stand, 2 short tips, and the Pine threaded insert tip set. The shell is printed separately from the insides and includes print-in-place hinges. Note that all of the changes from the original model are in the tools container piece, but I've included all of the pieces in the print profile so you get a complete case.
