The "top cover" is really a bottom cover, but I don't think orientation matters that much, and you probably want the speaker pointing down.
The covers require supports!
Screw info:
* One M2x10 screw to secure the front of the board to the inside of the case
* Four M1x6 screws to secure the top/bottom cover to the back
