Insert the cap onto the cylinder and wait a few minutes, pressing the cap until the glue dries (about one or two minutes). Insert the screw into the smaller cap (the screw is not necessary, you can also use super glue if you are careful not to glue the pinwheel as well, otherwise it won't spin!).Screw the cap with the screw onto the rod's cylinder.The end result should look like this
