Plain Parametric Box

simple storage box with friction fit top. width, depth, height, wall thickness and lid height are customizable. suggest do not make it smaller than 50x50x50 (WxDxH). lid height is defaulted to 20mm and wall thickness is 5 mm. there is a small indent for labels.
