It was designed after hours and hours of a spool getting caught up in the CFS due to a dent in the cardboard spool. Printing Guidelines: Print in PLA, PETG, ASA, or ABS. This model is designed to be printed flat. Attaching to the Spool: The Polymaker Spool Saver for CFS is designed to go around the outside of the cardboard spool and to be reused. Simply line up the outside and the 6 knubs to the slots on the spools. Firmly press the ring on and work it around the spool.
