This allows you to use a standard 1.5" patio umbrella in Aquastar USxxx umbrella stand with the sleeve installed.
The threads are 1 7/8-12 for the in-ground/in-pool umbrella stand to match the threaded cap and the hole for the umbrella is 38.75mm to accommodate 1 1/2" patio umbrellas with just a a bit of room for easy in-out but very little side to side movement.
