Pot Strainer

This is a sauce pan strainer that allows straining while still attached to the pot. The pot attachment will make it unnecessary to use a full on strainer that will then need to be placed in to the dishwasher where it will take up a large amount of space. Due to the high temperatures that the device will be suspect to the material will need to be made out of a heat resistant plastic like most strainers. To properly use, simply clamp onto the top rim of the pot it fits to, angle pot to drain liquid out the strainer but leaving the food still inside the pot, when finished un-clamp the attachement using the easy release tabs on either side.
