Prank Pipe

Originally designed as a Spiro meter used to test lung capacity. By simply blowing as a normal person would it will spray the person in the face with baby powder. Then you would show that it really does work and cover the pipe with your lips and seal the small hole in front with your tongue. Then miraculously the fan starts spinning.
