Printer Enclosure Brackets

Printer enclosure brackets and latching handle.

Used with perspex or other solid material. can be used with any size enclosure design

mine was made with 5mm perspex and required the following fixings

Corner Brackets - 9x M5 x 16mm countersunk machine screw, 9x M5 Nyloc Nut
Mid Brackets - 2x M5 x 16mm countersunk machine screw, 2x M5 Nyloc nut
Handle - 1x M5 x 20mm countersunk machine screw, 1x M5 Nyloc Nut
Handle Lock - 2x M5 x 16mm countersunk machine screw, 2x M5 Nyloc nut
Door Stops - 2x M5 x 16mm countersunk machine screw, 2x M5 Nyloc nut

TOTAL FIXINGS

M5 x 16mm countersunk machine screw = 102
M5 x 20mm countersunk machine screw = 1
M5 Nyloc nut = 103


I printed these on an Ankermake M5c using Sunlu PLA +2.0 Black, with the following settings

Infil - Gyroid 25%
Supports - Organic, on print bed only
Walls, Top and bottom layers - 4

Anything else should be able to be changed
