Simple Project Box measuring 75mm x 75mm x 27mm (height). Lid is held in place by four screws at the top corners. Has slightly rounded corners.
I created this to house the LED Dimmer/OnOff switch for my 3D printer. I customized it to have the mounting holes for the Dimmer Switch and the holes to mount to my printer. In this version I removed those holes, but you can customize to fit your needs.
