Description This project involved the complete redesign of a projector remote control based on an existing product. The original remote was reverse engineered from a 3D scan and reference measurements. The goal was not to create a completely new shape, but to preserve the recognizable exterior form while developing a modernized revision with a redesigned internal structure and improved functionality. The project included rebuilding the entire CAD model from scratch, redesigning the enclosure, integrating new internal features, updating the button layout, and preparing the model for rapid prototyping and manufacturing.
