Combined egil's pulsesensor case https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:815922 and ztander's flexible bracelet https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1538251 to hold the PulseSensor against my wrist. Next time would probably scale the sensor case a tiny bit larger to give room for the wires.
