Q5 Extruder Relocation

I designed this with the intention of reducing resistance in the bowden tube to help reduce under extrusion at high printing speeds. The mount shortens the tube significantly, and the location and angle of the mount means there is only one bend in the tube with as high a radius as possible. Between this and some slice profile tuning, I can generally print at 100-120mm/s with no under extrusion. Prior I would see gaps between outlines at 70-80mm/s.

NOTE: do not shorten your bowden tube as much as I did in the photo, it should be a few inches longer than pictured.

It's been 1.5 years since the last time I fiddled with this, it's been working wonderfully the entire time, but has left me fuzzy on some of the details.

This mount should work with the stock titan or a BMG and their clones. I may have trimmed the mount to fit the bmg. I feel like I modified the file and chose not to reprint it, but just let me know if it doesn't clear your extruder.
