Quick change QR code display stand

I've made a QR code stand before, but it takes several hours, and if it doesn't come out well, it won't scan, and you've wasted time and material. Even if it works, you're stuck with that one forever, so if the information ever changes, you have to discard that one and make a new one. I need these for multiple events/purposes, so I thought it would be easier to create a reusable stand where I can just swap out cards that I print on my inkjet printer.

The size is somewhat arbitrary, but you can print 4up (i.e. -- four 3x5 pictures on the same 8.5" x 11" page) to get a close fit and trim it from there, or you can resize the stand to meet your needs. (I recommend using card stock instead of regular printer paper.)

I printed this with tree supports on just to make sure the little tabs print okay, and I recommend using rafts only because of the tree supports. The amount of material wasted on supports was minimal.
