Quick Tower for both material temperature and retraction parameters
Most of the TempTower took hours to print, and this quick tower serve the same function as other calibration towers, except the printing size/volume/time will only took less than 15 minutes, if set up correctly
3 variation provided
10 storeys / 5 storeys high
with or without Bridging test plus 60 degree overhang
PLA temperature indicator
The tower was made by Tinkercad, build from scratch,
heatbed adhesion base = 0.5mm
each storey height = 4mm (0.4+3.0+0.6 optional bridge)
Extremely simple and easy for Cura Post Processing / Modify G-Code without Layer calculations
How to use
Below is an application example if you would like the perform a PLA temperature test, range from 220 to 180, with -10 as step down, go with 5 storeys high model (220/210/200/190/180)
1. Cura click "Extensions" - > "Post-Processing" -> "Modify G-Code"
- Add a script -> "TempFanTower"
- Starting Temperature "220"
