A hub to create a horizontal loop using driveway marker segments in a hex shape. Could also be used for hex beams?

Calculate the circumference of your loop (1005/MHz=Feet), then calculate the radius (radius = circumference / (2 * π) ) to find out how long each marker needs to be.
Uncap one end of a marker, carefully untie and thread the elastic material into the hub and tie a knot to secure. The divots inside the hub center should allow a good knot and not interfere with a mast. I found that using some stiff small diameter wire helps in threading the elastic into the hub.

Mark and drill the driveway markers out from the hub (best done without elastic material inside!), thread the wire through each marker. bring ends together where you will attach a 1/4wavelength piece of RG6 Quad Shield 75ohm TV coax as a transmatch (~4' is good for 6meter). From there, convert to standard 50ohm of your choice (they sell F-Female-to-PL259/UHF adapters)
