Ramekin stacker

Designed to stack Ramekins in a double column with the diameter, height and number of ramekins settable. Additionally the wall thickness, width of finger slot, fillet radius between the 2 'tubes' and quality can be set.
The STL included was developed to stack 6 GÜ glass ramekins.
If you use the customizer, please uncheck the "Publish New Thing" checkbox when you create the thing; this saves spawning lots of almost identical items for almost no benefit
