Raspberry Pi 4 case

# Summary
This is the result of my quest to design a Raspberry Pi 4 case to rule them all.

There is a basic design that is (relatively) easy to customize, the "General use" variant.
There is a version with a 40x40mm fan including air holes for better air flow.
Both the "General use" and the fan version has a different base with mounting holes.

I personally needed a case for the SenseHat so that is included to.
