Not exactly the most graceful thing, but I slapped together the ball joint from:

http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:801279

With the mount pattern for an (official) Raspberry Pi camera.

Also included is a base that can be used either with sticky tape or with a M3 x 6mm screw (I think) to mount to 15x15 extrusion.

Oh and the hole is preserved, so it is conceivable that you could wire an LED through there, but you'd have to modify the base to allow the wire through.

*Update*

Uploaded _flex versions of the joint and camera mount. The only difference is I added a solid ring around the top as kind of a built-in rubber band. These are for use with flexible filament, and helps keep things nice and snug. They are way better than regular hard filament, so if you have access to the flexible stuff, you'll be way happier with these.
