A quick remix of the "badBrick - Case for Raspberry Pi" for the original Model B.
I simply removed the GPIO breakout & the logo & expanded the vents to occupy the space.
All credit to badBrick for the excellent design! forgive my terrible print, was printed at 150% speed & over-extruding a little.
from badBricks original listing:
>Fits 1 (one) Raspberry Pi in a compatible mount Brick. This mount is intended to a hold >Raspberry Pi Model B Revision 2.0

>The case itself can be stand alone or mounted. The (4) "+" mount holes also fit the Lego >+ shafts in technic kits.

>This base plate is also compatible with Adafruit's Low-profile microSD card adapter for >Raspberry Pi. Just clip out the support peg for the normal SD card. The picture above >shows the case base with the RasPi and that adapter. Its much better then having a big >SD card s
