V2 - this was popular enough that I decided to do a V2.
Changes for V2:
1) Slightly less height, while still fitting just fine. Looks sleeker.
2) Much better holder for the USB sub-board. It lets you run the wires better and holds it better. It does take a little force to snap it in now.
3) A bit better fit for the front seams.
4) Better placed back hole for the SD card. You can now more easily use a tweezer to remove it.
This is a case for a Raspberry Pi Zero with a Console cable. It's totally self-contained, just plug it into a USB connector to have a working Raspberry Pi Zero with SSH shell.
It requires a raspberry pi zero and an Adafruit Console cable (or similar). You have to disassemble the cable, which is simple. The cable housing separates with a fingernail between the layers.
Once the console cable circuit board is clear, cut the cable to about 4-5 inches long and you can pull the wires (carefully) to get them out of the rubber cable cover. Then solder the wire
