This is part of a group of things I am creating for my CR10S. It should work on just about anything though.
I like how the time-lapses look when the camera moves with the bed, but I needed something a bit more sturdy. Also I was aggravated by the floppy ribbon cable so I made a channel through the middle with gentle slopes at each end. You can just push it through easily.
Like I said I wanted it real sturdy so I drilled a hole in the aluminum plate that carries the build plate. You could easily make a different base if that doesn't suit you.
~~I made the hole in the front the right size to thread in inexpensive wide angle lenses made for phones. Turns out it's far enough away that they aren't necessary and I chose to keep the weight down to help with shaking. I might redesign the camera case front later.~~ I updated the camera case halves. I made the front hole smaller and changed the standoff tolerances.
I used two arms, but more could be used, they are modular like that
