Rectangular 2" bar bracket

This was requested by a co-worker to mount a power strip to the back of a lab bench with 2"x2" square posts. The sides match the 2" post and the bracket dimension is 0.2" oversize so that a TPU bumper can be placed in to help keep it from sliding when clamped down. I've included TPU thicknesses of roughly 200mil and 150mil, and how tightly the TPU holds will also depend on your infill level.
The holes in the holder help with structural integrity. I'm pretty sure I could hang on the edge of this thing and not have it break, but it will depend a lot on your material and printer settings.

I printed this with PLA, 0.2mm layer height, 3 top/bottom layers, 4 shell layers, 40% infill, tri-hexagon infill, and infill overlap of 0.3mm so that the infill mates with the sidewalls.

The TPU bumpers are printed with 20% infill and three top/bottom/shell layers. After I get this mounted I'll have a better idea of what works well and the options there might still change as I learn more.
