RecursiveTreeV1

Remix of a model called RecursiveTree.scad. I added a bonanza of parameters in order to come a bit closer to the look of a natural (leafless) tree. Parameters are for the moment still named cryptically, but change them by small amounts and you see their impact. Also, OpenScad is thinking a very long time on this when creating a STL file from this tree, but eventually it will come through, as you see in the STL file attached.
