RepRapDiscount Smart Controller

I couldn't find any files for the Smart Controller or Ultipanel so I made one from measurements of my own. Useful if you want to design your own panel. Model is not meant to look pretty, just puts the important features in the right places, so feel free to add if you find it lacking.
