Designed to fit straight on to the Ormerod 1 X-carriage (YMMV with Ormerod 2, I don't have one to test it on). Just remove the hot end and the old nozzle mount and bolt the new piece on, then clamp your E3D in place. There is a version with an attachment to mount dc42's hot end board if you wish.
Minimal support material required for a couple of the overhangs, more so if you're printing the dc42 version. You'll want to drill the holes out to 3mm. I used two M3x8 cap heads for the x-carriage and two M3x20 cap heads with two M3 nuts for the clamp.
I'm using it with this duct: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:839620
